~   Appointments must be made in person with paid Deposit, after a consultation with the Artist.  Walk-ins accepted when possible, however, appointments are recommended.

~   We cannot quote you over the phone or through email.  If you would like to send us a sample image before coming in for a consultation we welcome that.  But we will not quote you without seeing you in person because the design (detail), size, placement and your ability to sit will all impact the amount of time your tattoo will take.

~   We are CLOSED Mondays.  Open Sundays by Appointment Only.
On occasion we will make appointments outside of our normal business hours,
but please don't expect us to.  We will accommodate whenever possible.

~   Gift Certificates available.

~   We always strive to provide you with the cleanest most professional environment around at all times.  Sterilization equipment is only effective when used properly,  that is not a concern here.  At Body ART Studio 13, we use only all disposable items to protect the health & safety of every single client that walks into our shop. 

~   Ever gotten bored staring at the walls while getting work done?  We not only have a flat screen in the lobby with Cable & video games, but in the ink room as well.  Thats right: HDTV, PS3, XBox, Netlfix or DVDs.  Bring one from home or choose from our selections.

~   Tony has over 11 years experience.  He has been responsible for providing outstanding, custom Tattoos to thousands of satisfied Customers over the years.  

~   You think it, We ink it.  When we say custom, we mean it!  When someone chooses to go with custom artwork it will be original, and will be their's alone.  We will not tattoo your custom artwork on another person, ever.  

~  When planning your ink please keep in mind, our current rate is $130 per hour once you are in the chair.  
   -  Price breaks on large pieces or group discounts, at the discretion of the Artist.  
   -  Discounts for regular repeat Customers, at the discretion of the Artist.
   - 13% Discounts for any current or former Military, Law Enforcement or FireFighters (thank you for your service).  Valid ID required, please bring along.
  
~   Drawings for custom artwork will No Longer Be Drawn Up without a Paid Deposit for a Booked Appointment.  
   -  When you get the tattoo, Deposit price will be applied towards the Tattoo.  
   -  If you forgo the tattoo, the Deposit will not be refunded, it will be kept to reimburse the Artist for the time spent drawing at your request.  
   -  Artwork will remain the sole property of Body ART Studio, LLC, it will not be given to you in any format other than being permanently applied to your skin when you get the tattoo.
   -  When having custom artwork drawn up, please be as detailed as possible about your wants and needs when you consult with the Artist.  Artists generally do not get paid for the time they spend drawing your tattoo and their time is very valuable.  The drawing will be reworked until you are completely satisfied with artwork and placement.
 
~   If you would like a Tattoo something you've already seen, we can do that too.  Just remember to bring the artwork in with you or email it to us ahead of time.   We do have computers at the shop but prefer Customers do not touch them.  Please do your websurfing before you come in.

~  We are an official Cell Phones for Soldiers Collector.  If you are coming to the shop and happen to have old cell phones collecting dust at your home or office, please bring them to us to get recycled for a good cause. 
**Cell Phones for Soldiers was founded by teenagers Robbie & Brittany Bergquist from Norwell, MA.  Since then, the registered 501c3 non-profit organization has distributed more than 500,000 prepaid calling cards to our soldiers serving overseas.

~ During the month of February we will be collecting donations for the Non-Profit Organization Helping Our Troops out of Stoneham, MA.  Please check out their website and bring something by to drop off if you would like to help out.  ~Thanks
